Our Approach to Coaching
No two assignments are the same (okay, it’s a cliché – but it’s true!). Our approach is to listen very carefully to what you/your organisation is trying to achieve. This leads to an open discussion about what types and style of coaching approach might be most impactful and how this might be delivered. We have successfully coached staff in a wide array of industries and sectors, right up to Senior Executive level. We have also helped introduce a coaching approach to day-to-day working relationships within organisations. Again, we can support you throughout this process.
Our Coaching Expertise
Our coaches utilise a variety of models and tools to help move people forwards. We only use coaches who are accredited and have real-world experience. We love the impact that coaching has and we have also found highly effective ways of incorporating coaching into wider ranging change management programmes. It is our firm belief that coaching has to be purposeful and clearly aligned to the desired culture of the organisation. Our inquiry-based approach to organisational development helps us achieve this.
