Miles is a multi-accredited leadership development coach and facilitator with a wealth of experience and expertise working in the UK and overseas. For example, Miles' experience includes working in the public, private and voluntary sectors in the UK, including Lloyds Bank, Rolls Royce, The Royal Mint, University of Oxford, Olympus, central and local government, Barnardos and the NHS. Miles has delivered development programmes in leadership, people development, project and change management. Miles loves the challenge of change within organisations and particularly enjoys experiential learning programmes.

Mandy Green

Consultant

Mandy is a passionate advocate for developing talents and skills to generate lasting change for individuals and organisations. Mandy has delivered leadership, management and personal effectiveness training worldwide for large global corporates and in the UK for private and public-sector organisations, SMEs and individuals. In addition, Mandy has a degree in Psychology, is a member of the British Psychological Society and is an accredited coach. Mandy is also accredited to utilise a range of psychometric tools and approaches.

Richard McDermott

Consultant

Richard has over 25 years experience of successfully leading projects, programmes and consulting assignments. His delivery focus equips Richard to succeed in a range of leadership roles, whether that be with public, private or voluntary sector organisations. Richard has worked with dozens of Local Authorities and many central Government departments including the Ministries of Defence, Justice and Housing, Communities and Local Government. Richard also has over 12 years experience working in the private and voluntary sectors. Richard's strong stakeholder management, negotiation and diplomacy skills build confidence, and engagements are delivery focused and always conducted with the highest integrity and honesty. Richard's style is open, emotionally intelligent and supportive, bringing challenge, innovation and problem-solving to the fore. Richard is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) and an Axelos P3M3 Assessor.

Mike King

Consultant

Mike is a leadership and team development specialist with a passion for enabling people to grow. His challenging facilitation and coaching techniques improve self-awareness and develop robust relationships, clear communication and ultimately improved performance. He uses a range of participative and experiential methods that keep groups engaged and ensures they find and apply learning which is relevant to them and their work context. Over his 30 year career, Mike has worked with leaders from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, industries and nationalities. His aim is always to help people to understand what makes them unique and personally powerful, so that they can perform at their authentic best. He holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is accredited to use Performance Climate System and Mirror Mirror diagnostic and development tools.

Shirley Wakelin

Shirley is a leadership and team coach with a particular interest in company culture and employee engagement and how the workplace can evolve to create a better future for us all. She believes that organisations are firmly positioned to shepherd positive change for our wider society. Company culture and employee engagement are intertwined with performance and she believes that so-called ‘soft’ skills are the new ‘hard skills’. Her background of 20 years in industry in a variety of national and international leadership roles has given her a sound understanding of the complexities of organisational systems, and the challenges that leaders face.

Jacqui Turner

Consultant

Jacqui has enjoyed a very successful career in Training and Management roles across large corporates within Financial Services, Retail and Utility sectors. In addition, Jacqui has worked across the UK, designing and delivering Customer Service, Management and Leadership programmes. Achievements have included ‘Welsh Contact Centre Trainer of the Year 2014’. She uses her wealth of experience of working within Customer Service environments to design bespoke courses which focus on the skills required by all levels of employees and managers in today’s climate, where customers, quite rightly, expect an effortless and exceptional level of service. Jacqui is also a qualified Coach and is a full member of EMCC and ILM.

Andy is an expert project management training consultant. He is accredited in leading methodologies, such as APM, PRINCE2® and agile approaches. Andy has delivered training events both accredited and non-accredited to a wide range of audiences across many sectors. Andy is fun to be with and he is able to disseminate complex material in an exceptionally clear way.
